Do I need to purchase products for my online store?

No, the beauty of dropshipping is that you don’t need to hold any inventory yourself. You simply order it from your us once a customer has bought from you. 

I purchased a membership. What next?

After you have subscribed to a membership plan, you will receive two sets of login details .

  1. The fist login details is for the back office to your website. After logging in. please change your password for security purposes.
  2. The second login details is for your wholesale account on https:shophpa.com. After logging in, you would notice that the prices are significantly reduced. These prices reflects your membership plans. 
  3. When a customer places an order on your website, simply place that order on your wholesale account at https://shophpa.com. Pay us the wholesale price and you keep the profit. That's the business of dropshipping. 
  4. We would then ship that order straight to your customer's door. 
How can I change the prices in my website?
  1. Log in to you website's back office
  2. Click on Products in the black menu.
  3. Select the product, then click Edit. .
  4. Click Update when finished.  
How do I know how much to charge for shipping?

Your website comes with a builtin USPS module. It calculates the shipping price based on the customer's location. However, you can change that to a flat rate. If this is something you desire, let us know and we would configure it for you if you cannot do it yourself. .


How do I know if the item is in stock?

We specialize in providing up to date and accurate product information to all its members. As products become available, we send out updates via email. 

How can I add new products to my website?
  1. Log in to your website's back office
  2. Click on Products in the black menu.
  3. Then click Add Product
  4. Copy the product details and images from the link. 


Can I add my own products to my store?

By all means!  It's your store. You can add anything to it. Just follow the steps in the question above. 

How long does it take to ship an order?

Shipping is normally within 2-3 business days. On very rare occasions times may be longer if an item is back ordered. In the case of the latter, you have the opportunity to wait or cancel the order. Once an order is placed with us it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 


Will you include any invoices in the shipment to my customers?

No. The products are shipped directly to your customer without any mention of our company and without any mention of your wholesale price. This is what we refer to as blind dropshipping. 



I am not from the USA, can I still signup?

Yes, this is not a problem. You can still resell products in the USA even if you are from a foreign country as long as you advertise the products ship to the USA or Canada.


I'm ready to start. What do I need before I proceed?

You will need to purchase a domain of your choosing. This is the web address of your store and usually looks like www.mystore.com. You can purchase a domain name from any domain registrar like Godaddy, Namecheap etc. 

After you have done so, please send an email requesting domain support to [email protected] Be sure to include your phone number. One of our dedicated agents would call you and get the necessary information to set up your domain name.  

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item UgenixPRO will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

UgenixPRO will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. Items lost or damage in transit are eligible for return or refund provided that sufficient evidence is submitted.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
